Low Water, Colorful Garden for a Rental House

My client was getting ready to rent their home out and wanted a new low water, low maintenance garden installed. She loves colorful gardens so we packed it in with blue chalks, red kangaroo paws, orange sedums, and gorgeous paddle plants. This garden is new, but will there is plenty of space to grow and it will fill in the beds within a few years!
